The "City - Zen Community," a Citizen Program Management System (CPMS), is a community- driven platform for collecting, identifying, profiling and categorizing the citizens records to provide the Local Government Unit (LGU) with Citizens Database Registry. As the repository of all the citizens information, the system will provide faster and more reliable government transactions, for which the constituents may access online government services and keep abreast with the current events and programs of the local government.
