An experienced master programmer, quick witted, and fast learner, Mr. Sam has served DGSI for almost 8 years as backend and frontend developer for both WEB and mobile and now serving as IT Manager at present.

Enabling the team to make the impossible solutions possible. He has always been a dedicated leader and passionate employee. He took up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in Technological Institute of the Philippines.

He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of USHER Technologies Inc., an internationally multi-awarded manufacturer of Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording System, a Structural Health Monitoring System that is used to monitor the structural integrity of buildings.
